My Kindle seems to have died

Or at least I think so I can't get into it, it charges, lights up and gives me the home page thing, but it won't let me swipe and the page dosen't move depending on how its being held. I've had it since lockdown started, I will have to get a new one and hope I can amazon to transfer all my books to it as there are a few I've bought on there and don't want to lose.

Any suggestion anyone on how to get into it?

  • I think it's great, really helpful for things like this, as a really good search engine as you can tell what you don't want as well as what you do and your budget, I'm really pleased with the matteress it recomended to me. It's been a safety valve over the past few weeks that have been totally distressing and I've need to emotionally vomit.

I only use my kindle for reading, I don't see the point of trying to watch things on it, the screens so small, it might be different if I was in hospital or something
