Hello. I am new on here but I would like to ask if anyone has created/found questionnaires to seek views of young adults/adults on a) social care b) education EOTAS so that as a parent I cannot be accused of making questionnaires biased (and equally I do not want my adult son to be influenced by other professionals). I would like questionnaires to seek views on level of support, satsifaction, likes/dislikes, how can be improved etc, feeling safe, etc. I have not found support locally as yet with this. Thanks.
