I collect these stories when I see them on BBC news website and copy them into a 'heartwarming stories' folder - I can look back when I feel the world is a difficult place. It is, but there are many acts of kindness if you look for them.
It’s good to see an autistic boy making the news because he did something inspiring for the community. The thank you from the council was deserved.
