Video game recommendations

Once I've completed Grandia II and got the last few things on Doki Doki Literature Club and Stardew Valley, I want to play a new game for the next few months, looking for a more long narrative experience here. These are the ones I'm thinking of, anyone got any strong opinions on these games?

  • Never played any of those except Doki Doki, but judging from those example, you might enjoy the MegaMan Battle Network and MegaMan Star Force series

    I also suggest the Disgaea franchise, they're very much the same style of game as FF Tactics, but with a wildly humorous, satirical writing style

    I played the first two Disgaea's and loved them, along with La Pucelle and the Rhapsody games, but I got to Disgaea 3 and I just didn't click with it at all and never played them since. I've played all the classic Mega Man's except 11. As for X I dropped that after X3 (really dislike that game). So I've never done battle network
