Not looking forward to extreme heat

It is just about reaching as hot as I can bear, towards the upper 20s. If we get extreme heat for a few days I get through it by thinking that it will be over soon. At the moment next week is predicted to be around 30 all week and often the prediction gets higher as it gets closer.

I like to be outside at least some of each day, but I am not sure there will be much that is bearable. 

I am hoping they have got it wrong and it reduces sooner than Monday week.

    It feels like it's been nearly a week of very hot again. I think it is worse because we had heat in April, then after the cold in May two lots of extreme again and it's only early July. Apologies to those who like heat, but hoping for cooler weather by August. I just feel I can barely function and after a week's holiday I will be back to work again.

    All the things that help are less effective when it is a tropical temperature early morning.
