Not looking forward to extreme heat

The heat is definitely over for now.  I'm in a park and the breeze is cool.  Too cool for my liking.  I should have brought more clothes.

Not where I live.

It's worse than yesterday as there is little breeze..

The thermometer says its 22.5 and we have a brisk wind, but its a wind that both cools and warms you at the same time, I had sweat running into my ears earlier, its horrible. I think the heat wave has totally knackered my bodies already compromised ability to regulate my temperature

It seems from what I read, after finding the past nearly a week a real struggle that autistics can find hot weather a lot more difficult than others due to sensitivities. One of the things I have found hardest is not being able to enjoy, or even go for a walk some days.

Ditto.

I wear sweat hair bands and cloth hats to soak it up as my head is the worst.

I change them for fresh ones during the day as they get wet.
