Good job the worlds not ended

The kids are coming home complaining daily that all their school subjects are being themed to the world cup. Great for kids that like football, but for those that don't it's gruelling, especially when having to write why such and such player is the best, or having to fake interest making goal commentating videos. Even art is being themed for the men's football. 

My daughter said 'I'd rather do a spelling test and I don't even like them!'. 

Ha, good for you're daughter I'd feel the same too, I don't understand why they feel the need to do it, it's like brain washing and not even art is sacred now!

It is too much, it's kind of being forced down their throats to make them support it, when it will do the opposite! 

I did like my daughter's video she made, that had the obligatory football goal in it, then she just added lots of old footage of her old hamster and the squirrels outside. I thought it improved it no end!
