Lower muscle tone

I've heard once from a gym coach,  that I have a lower muscle tone. It was quite long time ago but I just recalled it recently. I'm also clumsy and I always was. As I red more about it, it starts making sense. I'm sooner tired than others when doing sport or any physical activities,  I need to eat more often, although I don't eat much at one meal. But if I don't eat for around 4 hours, I feel low and shaking. I don't really feel anything in my stomach, but hunger and thirst cause me feeling dizzy. Then I have to figure out what it is. My belly always was round, doesn't matter how thin I was, even at some point I turned into bone and skin because I had periods of feeling engrossed by any food. I have no idea why. My belly remained "funny" my family members laughed,  that I look like as if I swallowed a ball. I also remember once I red an article about an autistic adult man and his mother, who takes care of him. There it was also written, that he had lower muscle tone and that's why his belly remains round. It was also kind of lightbulb moment for me- I have it same. It was a problem,  when I was a teenager and wanted to go swim with peers, but they laughed at me and made fun of me, I heard that I was pregnant etc. Now it just is what it is. I remember torturing myself with exercise and there was no result. Just me losing weight,  but belly remained round. I used to hate it. Now all these pieces make a bigger picture. As I used to exercise a lot, I developed strength and I think it was generally healthy. But the problem with getting tired or dizzy faster than others is still there. I red, that people with lower muscle tone need to use more energy to move, do things, than people without this condition and that it's not exclusive for autism but very often co-occurs, also with other conditions such as down syndrome or adhd. I'm curious if there are any similar experiences.
