A local government officer whose dancing set the village asking, what you on? (and I reply my drug is music, only music, yet Im not a musician), the one of the tilted axis, spinning off the  kilter to drag oceans with me to flood 

and yet on the dull commute on 158s am the accountant (who turned finance to fun, making millions   ….. for others….)

Pandora’s victim, 

sprung from Leicester 

and indeed had a friend

  • I have been wondering what this meant. I don't understand the references, but it appears they relate to The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole. And that they are an accountant who commutes on a diesel train. I don't know if there is an actual answer.

    I think the author is asking who they are, using some references to illustrate their position.

    I am not sure if it is a plea, a puzzle, a test, or for fun, or just to see what people say.

    I hope you're ok.

    Of course, THAT Pandora! I read 'Pandora' as a reference to mystery and riddles. But you are quite right - it must be about Adrian Mole. It all falls into place now! He wrote a terrible volume of poetry, didn't he? He considers himself something of a genius, comes from Leicester. Thanks you, Stuart! Is this the correct answer to the puzzle, Alice?
