I’m melting

I’m melting. This hot weather is disgusting. Roll on Autumn. Summer solstice is next month…so in less than 4 weeks the nights will start to draw in again. How happy that makes me. What doesn’t make me happy though is that in just over 2 months time (August) the shops will start to bring in Christmas stock. B’ah!

  • Feeling like I'm melting as well, especially the hottest day (tomorrow); also irritable, inpatient and frustrated.

    Uncomfortable in the night.

    I can't go out for a walk in the hot weather, indoors curtains closed and do things in short bursts. Routine has changed which is frustrating. I've got things enjoy doing.

    Plus I've got a frozen shoulder injury which doesn't help.

    Positive attempted to plant my seeds which was free. Also seeing, birds and bees.

    Looking forward to autumn as its cooler, crunchy leaves and beautiful colours.
