Benefits

I've applied for a benefit and have been told to get a fit note from my doctor's (I understand why and think I can get one)

My question really is

Has anyone else had to do this and what things should I say to my GP other than I can't work due to mental health and burnout

  • Just wanted to wish you well with this. I don't have knowledge of either, but I hope you get what you need!

(I've just ended up leaving jobs and been fortunate enough to have a partner so made do on one income.) Either way, budgeting and learning how to make what you get stretch is a really good skill to master, you just need to have something!
