Lost the battle of cleaning some of my lego:-(

About 8 days I went to the antique centre (a former bewary warehouse); where I bought random pieces of lego, 600g for £6. I'd got absolutely loads.
I'd taken off the stickers and tried everything to remove the stickiness (soaked in washing up liquid with water and sellotape);
I don't like giving up and chucked it in the bin.
Do you have any ideas?
I've got loads of lego anyway
Frustrated. :-(

Thank you all for replying to me and the suggestions.
More I handle the lego it should become less sticky.
That's why I never put stickers on mine. :-)
