I was paid early so bought extra treats for Easter. I'm trying to pluck up nerve to use my new Instant Pot. I haven't used a pressure cooker for decades, since the time there were little weights you put on top and few safety features. I'm planning some kind of chicken curry, then an enhanced version of Knickerbocker Glory. The tiffin was yummy - all gone now 
but I've enough ingredients for a small one.
