Struggling to concentrate

I'm currently on a personal development plan at work, and had a meeting today. My supervisor said that she can see I struggle to concentrate from around 10am. I said I agree and I've noticed it at like 9.45am. I'm not sure why it gets to this time andi struggle to concentrate, and my supervisor can't see anything either.

She's told me she I agree it's important to concentrate, however neither of us know why I lose concentration around that time, any suggestions to help be able to know why or ways to help me continue concentrating?

I work 8-12 so it's only four hours I do.

  • She sounds very understanding. Nothing wrong with a personal set of breaks to suit your energy gaps and surges. Brilliant idea.

I rarely get up early but when I do there is 1st breakfast, half hour [tea & sandwich] break, 2nd breakfast [an idea I copied from the Hobbits], lunch, afternoon tea, supper and late night snacks.  The times for these vary - but knowing I will have them cheers me up. As you can guess, I enjoy my food.
