I'm an owl headed woman

Or at least thats how I feel navigating car parks, am I really the only person who looks where they're going? So many people just seem to pull out and either hope for the best or have no awareness of other traffic. I always seem to be trying to swivel my head and neck around like an owl.

Anyone else do this?

Same in supermarket and public car parks. You not only have traffic but pedestrians seemingly hell bent on suicide.

I think there should be a free pass if as a driver you plough into clot of cyclists, all heads down, going faster than the speed limit for other vehichles and ignoring traffic lights etc, the same for people face down in thier phones wandering across a road without looking, I think it's Darwinism in action.

I find it difficult to keep my head spinning, plus checking the blind spot; my neck is pretty stiff. But, I'm not wholly reckless. It's just the fear of others flying, on the road, especially coming up to Bike Season; here.
