Need questions answered

On Saturday when I was out in an unfirmiliuar place I was shouting and screaming a lot until my throat got dry, I nearly cried that happened like 7 times throughout the day

me and my dad was going to catch the 7:30pm train to go home we found out that the train only had 2 carridges instead of 4 and I kicked off again was shouting nearly started crying as well so my dad said to get off and wait got the next one since the 7:30 one was packed

was just wondering it sounds like a meltdown tonwhat I'm trying to describe?

Yes, that sounds like a meltdown. It means that you have got very stressed and you have boiled over.

Sometimes, it is useful to try and work out what stresses you and then try and avoid it or if you at least understand what is stressing you then and then try and be rational with yourself. Tell yourself that the situation will be over soon and that you will then feel better. Move away from the crowds and find a quieter space. Put your headphones on and listen to your own choice of music. You need to develop techniques for avoiding and reducing the things that stress you.

With crowds I think you need to understand that most other (i.e. NT) people are also bothered by crowding on trains etc and that nobody is enjoying it. They are mostly trying to keep themselves to themselves and are not intentionally trying to impinge on your personal space.
