Moderation Over the Christmas Period

Hi everyone, 

During the Christmas and New Year Holiday period, our team will be operating with reduced capacity. We kindly ask all members to adhere to the online community rules, especially ‘be respectful in discussions’.

Should you come across any posts that violate our rules, please click ‘more’ under the post and select ‘Flag to Moderator’. 

If you need urgent help or support, please visit the services listed on our Urgent help page. 

I'd also just like to add that we've seen threads and comments regarding the Online Community not working, we have passed this on and will be looking in to this. Thank you for your patience, we understand it can be frustrating!

  • Any chance that the words about moderation over the Christmas/New Year period at the top of the home forum page could be removed and that we could have some feedback from the CM/mods on the forum faults including lost/stuck threads and the orange banner on others please?

    It feels rather like a vacuum here without any feedback.
