Reasonable adjustments

I recently underwent an occupational health assessment, which recommended that I work remotely for administrative tasks, as the majority of my role involves direct patient interaction. Unfortunately, my manager has not implemented this recommendation, and I am experiencing pressure to attend mandatory social events during the holiday season and work in a demanding office environment. I am concerned about potential burnout and feel unsupported by my manager. I am considering obtaining a fit note from my doctor to reinforce the occupational health guidance regarding remote work for administrative duties. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
