What's your favourite retro sweet? Or modern sweet if you're young! Describe the flavour.

Liquorice all-sorts - the ones covered in tiny blue baubles.

Oh yes, Clarnico's - especially the ones dipped in chocolate.

Peppermint Creams. A bag never seemed to last long.

I like those jelly sweets like cola bottles with the sour sugar coating or jelly snakes and  cherries, I never liked licorice I might now

Fruit salads were very good!

Pineapple chunks - the boiled sweet - had a coating of sugar crystals, always tore the roof of my mouth to shreds. My favourite was blackcurrant and licorice, blackcurrant sugar shell, soft licorice inside.

I don't think I ever really liked them, I just used to get them because everyone else did, but fruit salads were the best.

Generally, I didn’t like those hard retro sweets that were around when I was a child, though I went through a period of a few weeks when I quite liked rhubarb rock and liquorice.

I have always preferred bars of chocolate, and boxes of chocolate.

I've never liked flying saucers. I have sensory issues with the feeling of the rice paper. I'm not the biggest fan of sour either.

Sugar mice would probably be my old school favourite. I'm not sure how to describe the flavour. They are just sweet.

I used to get a 10p mix everyday on my way to junior school.

I liked pretty much everything apart from flying saucers.

False teeth and the hubba bubba bublies maybe at the top of the list oh and the chocolate mice.
