Given the often commented on autistic heightened sense of morality and liking for following rules, the polar opposite would be a sociopath. Someone adept at social skills and manipulating others, but with no empathy and no respect for rules or laws.

Putin, Trump, Xi, yes. It goes without saying that Farage is one as well, though not a leader of anything, and, hopefully, never will be. His so-called political party is a privately owned company, owned by himself. 

I do appreciate that it's still a private limited company; my reply was intended to relate to him no longer either owning it, or having "significant control" of it, in Companies House-terms.

I should have been clearer, sorry - was distracted and rushed at the time due to an imminent GP appointment.

It is registered as a private limited company, specifically Reform 2025 Ltd, which is a company limited by guarantee. The new structure allows for a governing board, but Farage and the party chairman, Zia Yusuf, remain as directors. 

As political parties go, it remains a strange and dubious beast. Not to mention its unpleasant Fascistic leanings
