It's gone all orange and tastes powdery, artificial and almost medicinal.
Has the way it can be used changed too?

I stopped buying anything off Amazon unless I couldn't get it anywhere else (sometimes books are only available through Amazon) after repeatedly receiving second hand (returned) items when I'd paid for new - the deliveries are often a bit rubbish too (left on the doorstep without ringing the bell when I'm in and even worse would have fitted through the letter box). Unfortunately some 'new' items sold through ebay are not listed as being fulfilled by Amazon and can have the same problem.
For books, Amazon has Abebooks as well. I used it in the past, but stopped a while ago.

Yeah I use World of Books too and hopefully they are not part of Amazon.
I don't think the orange will be staying for long...we can't be the only ones who find it unbearable.
I've used World of Books before they seem quite good, I don't think they're part of amazon
I think the problems with deliveries are the couriers rather than the company they're delivering for, we're lucky most of our couriers are really good, but we have had stuff just left at the door, or hidden somewhere and no card to say where it is. What amazes me is how so many companies don't care, whether they're companies like amazon or the courier companies themselves?
Well the orange is an assault on my eyes and taste buds, so I will be looking at amazon even less now.
You are welcome Lonehare12 !
Oh thank you for the heads up about Black Market.!! I didn't know it existed.
I always try to either repair my current item or buy second hand tech. This place is a great alternative to CEX. I've passed it onto a couple of people.

I use Abebooks all the time. So they are also part of Amazon. I didn't realize. I find their service is really good and very competitive.
