Who is your favourite TV cook?

For me it is Keith Floyd ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keith_Floyd ) - so charismatic and always three sheets to the wind so you never knew what he was going to get up to, but he had a lot of fun doing it.

A more laid back chef was Rick Stein who did a lot of travelling about the country and Europe as part of his shows - it gave me a lot of travel ideas as I'm a big foodie plus encouraged me to use a lot more reasonal produce.

Keith Floyd was my favourite too, I learnt so much from watching him, all the stuff about layering flavours and why to do things, not just blindly following instructions.

I like Raymond Blanc too, he's always so funny and a bit happless with gadgets forgetting to plug them in and stuff.

I watch things like Masterchef and Bake Off, but other wise there seems to be a bit of a dearth of cookery programs, they all seem to be doing to same stuff with the same ingredients that I either don't like, don't eat or can't get hold of.
