Hey everyone!
What’s everyone up to this weekend? Anything fun planned or are we all keeping it low-key? I hope it is lovely whatever you end up doing.

Hope your PIP assessment goes okay tomorrow Robert124
Yeah definitely just two tin bench seats in the back. It was really just used for throwing all the tack in and then we'd just pile in where we could.
Very uncomfortable.
Hope you enjoyed your drive out.

Hello and thank you. Tin seats? I know series Land Rovers are basic but not that basic! Hope you enjoyed your weeknd too.
It was very good. I've just had another lot for my lunch. It was hotter today.
I'm glad you enoyed it, it looks really good.
Being in pain and being apprehensive of the effect food might have are considerable incentives. Not to mention wanting to avoid a hospital admission if at all possible.
I agree, I think that's why I started to rest my digestive system, although I don't have diverticulitis, I do suffer from IBS.
A week, wow. The most I did was 37 hours.
Yes, to some extent. I started fasting to 'rest my gut' during attacks of diverticular disease. I found that I could fast for up to a week with no particularly unpleasant hunger issues. Once I decide not to consider eating it seems that I can turn feelings of hunger off. Now I fast on Saturdays just to keep a check on my tendency towards weight gain.
Fasting...it's been a while since I've done a long fast but I remember the feeling well. I felt so light and energetic. I felt like my brain seemed sharper too. Do you get that?
What code do you write?
Computer code most commonly Python, Javascript and Rust.
how long have you been doing this?
Around 10 years.
My son LOVES coding and I think he would like to advance his knowledge in this but I am not sure how to support this.
I can give you some ideas, feel free to ignore my block of text below! On the opposite side of the spectrum, if you have more questions, I am happy to help if I can do it.
The TL;DR is that your "I have looked at a coding club." is likely the best starting point because kids make friends and can "do and show" what they learn, which is nice.
I give some more alternatives below. The programming languages' names in bold font, and the common areas in italic:
That sounds bliss. I love the feeling of getting into a fresh bed!

Today has been manic I went to my local autism hub for a while then I caught a train back home then back up to the next town over where the hub is for my mates birthday meal not long got in been out since 10 this morning but it’s been a good day. Tomorrow I’m doing circus skills then chilling over my friends house for the day then hopefully have a snooze on his sofa in the afternoon for an hour. Back to work on Monday then.
Today, Saturday, I will be fasting. I fast each Saturday to keep my weight down. I can turn off my appetite, but I cannot turn it down. Sunday, when the rain is set to cease, I will be attempting to repair the garden fencing that was blown over in the ridiculously high winds we had blowing down off the Pennines on Friday. Oh joy!
I'll write code. And maybe watch the 325+ theories of consciousness documented by RLK www.youtube.com/watch
PS: finishing the 3 hour discussion of the 9 classes in which the 325+ theories of consciousness are grouped in (based off the paper A Landscape of Consciousness) It was awesome.
Let me know how you et on with the recipe? I'm a bit of a bucket cook, I often just chuck in what looks right amount, although the potato and cashew curry is from an actual recipe.
We have lots of birds around out feeder and more ground feeding birds keeping company with the chickens who throw food and anything else around like crazy.
So far I've had a good walk and done the recycling.
