Slow site, or is it me

I'm finding the site being very slow to load, sometimes I get the OP and the others either take ages to load or don't load at all and I have to go back and try again.

Is anyone else getting this or is it me?

I keep getting another fault, on the page that lists latest posts to threads, I see that a new post has been added, but when I go on the thread it's not there, it's happened several times now and it's really annoying. Anyone else getting this too?
