This will depend on your learning style and of course how the courses are presented. 

The advantage of the online training is that you don't have to do it in conjunction with others and if you need to can review and repeat sections as much as you need.

What aspects of the training are of concern?

I know for therapy some types aren't helpful for autistic people ie traditional CBT and I didn't know if this also applied to learning. I don't think it does upon reflection
