Before going gluten free I loved a McVities Jaffa cake. As a kid I would each element, chocolate, jelly and cake separately, always did the same with things like Bounty.

Try this home-made giant - recipe. I can honestly tell my diabetic nurse, 'I made jaffa cake but only had one.'
