Hi so I have a social worker and last week I senta few to many email and texts after a panic attack and out of the blue I got this on Tuesday from her manager....
'Hi Megan,
I am really concerned at the volume and tone of emails and texts that you have sent to Jackie recently. It is not Jackie's role to respond to this extent, and I have asked her not to reply. I have to carefully consider the effect on staff of such a level of contact and the effect on all the other clients. I no longer think it is helpful to you to continue to work with Jackie as you have a lot of other support already and I will close our team's involvement with you.
It is appropriate for you to contact these people rather than Jackie or any other worker.
I know you will be very upset about this but you have always known that Jackie's involvement needed to end at some stage and I now think you will be stronger without her.'
this has had a massive negative effect on me!!
