for example who can it be “who can it be knocking at my door make no sound tip toe across the floor if he hears he will knock all day” this is Colin hay describing people knocking on his door thinking it was the address of a drug dealer but if you look at it from an autistic lens it can describe the fear of an unexpected visitor
and how about “what I was wearing if I was rude could all be separated from my good ideas and power moves” this is about sexism and how men get better treatment in life than women and how men are praised yet women are made out to be bad at all turns and had the hook “if I was a man then I’d be the man” now with this hook this could be about not being a man or simply not being alpha enough which I often think as an autistic male im seen as not alpha and there for not worthy
not that I care for being alpha but the world as a whole does
