Like something that makes you go wow thats amazing how this works for me it’s analogue music playback device like records and tapes i love how a tape deck works viva rollers and moving spools and is played using magnetic heads and records are litterly played by a stylus picking up the sound waves snd are then amplified by a pre amp

For me it’s mechanical keyboards and vintage cameras I love how something purely mechanical can translate movement into signals or images without any complicated electronics. Watching all the little parts work together is really satisfying.

    How about you, do you also get fascinated by how modern tech miniaturises everything compared to those older devices?
