Does anyone use Vodafone broadband?

If so, are you having any problems with it?

There was an outage in our area yesterday and it went back on in the evening, but today it's been constantly dropping out. I did an online broadband test this morning and got a message saying it had been reported to an agent, but I've heard nothing from them. I have tried numerous times to chat online with someone, but the AI just keeps telling me nobody is available and to try again later. I think I'll have to do a dreaded phone call tomorrow if it's off again. Just as I thought all my broadband problems were over!

  • I have Vodafone broadband. Not having any problems with it currently and it's generally a stable connection. I did have a day not that long ago where it kept dropping out but it seemed fine again the next day. Sometimes I find turning everything of, unplugging the wires and plugging it all back in again can help. As can restarting devices connected to it. If you haven't already tried any of that.
