First big storm of the season

I’d love to see a hurricane or tornado, I know it sounds weird but one of those things on the list of wishes. 

I also want to see a tornado and being a photographer,  I want to get some clear images and videos.   I just don't want to get swept up in it.  A distance of over a mile would be perfect.

Where I lived years ago we had a mini tornado which resulted in a pile of broken roof tiles by our flats. Fortunately that was fixed fairly quickly.

I definitely don't want to experience another as those that get on the news these days often show a whole roof off. That's one of my worst fears to have to leave home for major repairs. I can't imagine trying to live life from a hotel room.
