The article very effectively illustrates, by relating each aspect to one 21 year old individual, and how it will impact on his life.
The article is very telling, but I doubt it will get through to the Eton chronies in Government how callous are their penny pinching actions when they cannot pursue their friends' companies over tax evasion (any one of which could pay for the money raked back by these cuts), or properly regulate MPs expense claims.
The article really gets home what a miserable nation we have become, and how we willingly accept government by bullies.
