Please discontinue interrupting other threads with your complaints about the NAS. You're very welcome to voice your opinions on your dissatisfaction with us on a thread you create, such as this one or whereever it is actually relevant, but when you interrupt other members supporting each other that is unacceptable.
We're happy to respond to your complaints but it is much harder to do so when you comment across the forum.
