Just learned about the National Autistic Society, and I'm not sure what it actually helps me with?

Explored the website for a good 10 - 15 minutes, and it seems most of what is on the site is for non-autistic people about autistic people. What, as a level one autistic man, can I get out of this website?

  • If you do the autistic pattern recognition thing the I suggest you stick with using the site for a while and see what patterns you detect and what patterns you are involved by/in.  Then decide what you'd like/need to get out of it and engage with that part of the pattern.  There is an expression that says you get out of life what you put into it.  Just be nice to others and yourself along the way I suggest.  All the best.
