Just learned about the National Autistic Society, and I'm not sure what it actually helps me with?

Explored the website for a good 10 - 15 minutes, and it seems most of what is on the site is for non-autistic people about autistic people. What, as a level one autistic man, can I get out of this website?

Most people on here are autistic or neurodivergent in one way or another. Some people come to ask advice about their kids, parents etc who are also on the spectrum. You’ll get out of it as much as you put in, there’s a lot of interesting and intelligent people here.
