Car seat with harness for 4 year old?

We are at the point where we need to move our son from his car seat to a booster seat but as we are worried he may try and get out of a normal seat belt type (ASD and hyperactive so he never stops moving around and fidgeting)...... I CAN'T find a single option for a booster seat that includes a harness for kids older than 4.

Any suggestions?

    I remember when I was younger, my brother, who has ASD, used to try and escape from the car, so my parents used a harness to keep him safe.

    and I wondered if they might be suitable for your use?  I'm sure there are other similar products available elsewhere if you have a look, and, as Sanders suggests, it may be worthwhile seeing if your Health Visitor, GP, etc. can suggest anything.
