Car seat with harness for 4 year old?

We are at the point where we need to move our son from his car seat to a booster seat but as we are worried he may try and get out of a normal seat belt type (ASD and hyperactive so he never stops moving around and fidgeting)...... I CAN'T find a single option for a booster seat that includes a harness for kids older than 4.

Any suggestions?

  • hI my son is the same age and has been diagnosed with adhd / autism . he never sits still in the car and is a real danger to everyone .. we had to take him out his car seat over a year ago as he would unfasten every belt he could and would be rolling about in the car .. we put him into a buster seat as it was easier to repeatedly fasten him in  but this has now become too dangerous now .. our occupational health team through the local social work department has now ordered us a houdini harness for him ...not got it yet but have looked at them on the internet and it might do ther trick ..i think that would be worth looking at.
