Summer's here, Kids!

I'm coping well, in the warm weather. Drinking water, whenever I can, and using the Fan I got a few years ago. I'm grateful for the opportunity for Vitamin D.

Plus, I do washing; and have the opportunity to dry them, on the line. Living on my own does have its perks; in spite of the loneliness, and lack of understanding of others. I can detach from the White Noise of society.

  • I love saying to people in this weather stop being so British and stop complaining lol. It’s is really hot yes but my mum taught me to be grateful for what you get.

  • Well Rach, I guess it depends on how well you cope with heat, how ill it makes you feel, should we be gratefull for being unwell?

Since I got my cooling dog mat I've slept a bit better, I took Fearn out earlier for a walk in the woods with some friends, all the dogs were hot and bothered. I've just spent most of my time reading. Yesterday was a bad day, I was sleep deprived and felt very dizzy most of the day, this is one of the effects heat has on me, it messes with my blood pressure, makes it drop and I have low blood pressure at the best of times. I have managed to keep hydrated, sometimes when it's hot I have trouble swallowing and as my BP is low the seat dosen't evaporate which makes me feel even worse.

I for one will be glad when it cools down.

  • I understand that I just try not to complain about the heat tho.
