The Aftermath of 'Sciencetology'

It didn't just appear, by magic, back in 2020. It began with Daytime TV becoming saturated with GP Panelists. Then the media exploitation of people's concern over their kids' lifestyle choices. Not to forget, the latest Calabraty tittle-tattle.

The Gogglebox replaced Christianity as our Religion. Aided and abetted with DVD Boxsets, then online Streaming. Also Mums becoming interested in the shows their Tiddlers watched.

Hypochondria is Big Business.

  • Ahh ok I didn’t know that. But good for SpongeBob! And Tom Kenny is great at voice acting, all the cast are. It’s so funny how they sound in real life compared to in the show but can still tell it’s them if that makes sense?

  • And SpongeBob's one of us! Tom Kenny, the actor who voices SB in English, believes SB's autistic. [No citation, you can just google that for yourself.]

  • I like watching SpongeBob in different languages. Even though I can’t understand what they are saying I know what the plot is about so it’s just fun to watch anyway! I also like watching videos of like a particular scene (eg: solitude in e minor) in all the different languages as I find it funny hearing the characters with their different accents. I have so many favourite episodes I mean there are hardly any I don’t like. I’m glad you and your son like spongebob too. SpongeBob is for all ages if you ask me.

  • My son (late teens) and I still watch it regularly. Tears streaming down our faces. It has such a joyful insanity to it.

Years ago, we were on holiday in Spain and only had Spanish TV channels. We ended up watching "Bob Esponja" all week. We didn't care that we didn't understand a word of it. (My echolalia wants me to throw in a Fast Show quote here. Must ... resist ...)
