Umm is there where like every single mobile phone will be really loud?! I’ll be honest this kind of stuff is very creepy, like people have control of our phones. If you have played ttyd, it’s like tec xx is taking over all mobile phones 

The government and/or emergency services sends the alert through the 4g and 5g networks rather than to each individual phone, so it won’t have details of individual phones or their users in this regard. The network automatically sends it to every phone. 

Ah ok fair enough. Both my phones are 5g so I’m gonna have such a racket that day  don’t get me wrong it’s a very good idea and all, just kinda creepy but hey ho
