How are we coping with the heatwave?

Unusually for me I'm doing alright, we do have a little breeze here which is helping and it's "only" 27.C, it should start getting cooler for us tomorrow and sunday, which will be very welcome. Fearn and I went to the beach this morning and had a paddle, neither of us swim, Fearn's a bit nervous about swimming as she's not really built for it, her paws are to narrow  and I swim like a brick!

  • I spent the afternoon in a hospital outpatients waiting room, the building had no aircon and a glass roof. My own snoring kept waking me up. I was hotter than a crackheads spoon. My wife kept digging me in the ribs for making too much noise. Back to the hospital tomorrow for the wife to have an injection in her eye, hopefully will be cooler.
