Benefits for autism

Hi all,

currently I receive Ub with lcwra and the standard rate of pip, however I have been told by family member that I shouldn’t be on Ub instead I should be on esa or income support

is this true as I don’t know the benefit system and how it works

thanks

  • I am being switched from ESA  to universal credit. I was in ESA support group. I was contacted a few weeks ago about this and I didn't want to make the switch but it is happening and there is nothing I could do about it. They told me the ESA support group is being phased out. I had a home visit to verify my details as I couldn't verify my passport online. Hopefully the end payments will work out about the same. I hope the process goes well for you.
