I'm having home made, leek, mushroom and chestnut pasties with boiled new potatoes and a mix of green veg.
(Home made pizza sounds really good).
My meal will be:
- some chickpea houmous,
- a mixed salad,
- a few black olives,
- some sunflower seeds,
- a few cubes of vegan cheese
(a new-to-me product, only recently tried and liked: Cathedral City Plant Based Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese Flavour Vegan Block),
- a wedge of lemon (as the salad dressing), and
- a few low-salt wholegrain rice cakes.
(I am neither vegetarian, nor vegan. However, I do tend to include quite a few vegetarian / vegan dishes across my weekly meal planning).
