How do you dress?

I've often made a few questionable choices with my clothes through the years and have often got it wrong. In the last year or so I've decided to go for comfort over conformity, and I've always been more attracted to bright colours rather than black, grey or beige and the muted tones that seem to be popular these days. I don't want to look like everyone else anymore.

My partner and I recently discovered a shop in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire, and they sell all sorts of cool clothes. It's hippie style so there are patchwork trousers, harem pants, and loose shirts and t-shirts, printed designs etc. I absolutely love it and it's what I wear now. I'm happy to be the weird guy wearing the hat, assorted coloured clothes and sandals or barefoot shoes.

What's your style and what do you like wearing?

  • I don’t have any specific style. My clothes must be comfy, the fabric must feel good, cotton, not plastic, best without or very little decorations. Most of my clothes I have are second hand from someone who is rich. This person saves me from stress that comes with shopping. My mom and husband try to convince me to buy something for myself. They don’t understand how awful shopping feels. And I have anxiety that I wouldn’t be happy with the item I would buy.
