Top 3 go-to fidgets?

Hi all. It recently came to my attention that I never have empty hands, and wanted to know if anybody else was the same.

I'm a restless person and inevitably can be found toying with one of my many fidgets tucked into my work/school bag. Here are the top three.

1. Tangle —hated these for a decade before falling in love with the off-brand kind that last way longer before breaking. They're still agonizingly poor-quality for the amount of fidgeting I do, though.

2. stretchy rubber noodles. Like this:

They're great for stressed out hands and really satisfy the need to strangle anything vaguely string-like

3. my beloved chews. I have numerous, thanks to my penchant for chipping my own teeth and gnawing through my lip, nails, hair, shirts. I usually go for the softer chews from Ark Therapeutic, though those can be pretty expensive, but they last a long time if you rotate which ones you use. I always keep a necklace tucked under my shirt and a small, textured stylus shaped chew in my pocketbook.

honorable mentions are:

- Trixie the T-Rex named for my biology professor's habit of putting T-rexes in his slideshows for us to spot.

- the dirt-cheap hairties I attached with a key ring and now carry everywhere

- the various poor quality fidgets I bought online

Tell me yours.

Love,

Max
