Tv show suggestions!

Hello everyone!

My university exams are near! I have to do a lot of studying, (not to mention having to be in a room with more than 100 other students, and trying to concentrate in there) and I'm already getting overwhelmed! So, I need a really good TV show to binge-watch which will take the pressure away! I don't care if it's new or old! I mostly like fantasy and historical series, but every suggestion would be useful! Slight smile

  • I know this comes pretty late, but still…

I keep coming coming back to, that could kind of fit your preferences (except Modern Family):

    - Good Omens (the book is also great btw)

    - BBC’s Sherlock (it‘s a modern adaptation, but still great and very interesting to watch if you know Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s pieces)

    - Star Trek - Next Generation (not fantasy, but Sci-Fi and sometimes about a few historical topics)

    - Modern Family (it is a sitcom, so maybe not for you, but I just couldn‘t leave it out)

    - Anne with an E (adaptation of Anne of Green Gables and while not perfect, honestly still pretty good)

Now, that one is not a recommendation, but I wanted to list it nonetheless… I did watch Rings of Power and while I do partly enjoy the shots themselves in an aesthetic way, the pacing, action scenes, character portrayals as well as actual storylines are mostly trash. It goes against common Middle Earth knowledge and logic. Still kind of worth watching as a LoTR fan, but be prepared to rage about it.
