I don't like Chickens

I'm not enjoying our new chickens at all, we've already lost one, it escaped and hasn't been seen since. They associate me with being caught in a net and carried back to thier coop, so they don't like me and try and attack me, I'm covered on pecks and scratches.

I want a kitten!

  • Ducks are much nicer, although they come home at increasingly later times as the evenings get brighter and take ages to get ready for bed. All that swimming around the pond and preening. The good thing is that they can put themselves to bed; they just need the door bolted. 

    I haven’t ducks at the moment but I used to look after some when I was living in Cumbria.
