Any way I can post pics here without the files being too big?
When you select the Insert - Image and find the file you can specify the size it should be resized to.
For example I have an image here where I right clicked on it, selected Properties and under the Details tab could see the number of pixels that make up the file - you want to choose a size that is a ratio of this number.
Half the size woul be 410 x 512 approx - just fill in the numbers in the boxes below then click in any other box (it will stay at 320x240 otherwise) then click on OK.
You will see a preview after you fill in the sizes and click on another box to see how it will look.
