I've been taken to hospital twice recently in an ambulance and once arrived at A&E my wife that's also my carer has been told to wait in the waiting room until they book me in etc.
For obvious reasons I really want her to be with me all the time and for her to be able to have involvement in my treatment and care in hospital etc. Im also happy for my medical records etc to be discussed with her where needed.
Do anyone have any idea on how I can arrange this and get it in place. Simply saying doesn't seem to work.
I live in Scotland but even if you have advice from England I can try find something similar up here.
