"Am I Autistic" on Channel 5 (can stream)

Unfortunately I cannot get the channel 5 app set up. I was able to access 5 on my kindle tablet and set up a password for login, but then it asked me to enter the code on my TV screen, but the 5 app on my TV doesn't work!

Channel 5's a nightmare to get, my telly dosen't do it either, itv and channel 4 as almost as bad, I can't get anyting without adverts, allegedly I can skip the ads but I don't have the buttons for it.

I just remembered I've watched C5 on my laptop before, so I did a Google search on there and found the c5 website, and it allowed me to log in without asking for a code. 

Found the programme "Are you Autistic?" and clicked on it. Sat through the ads. Then when the programme should have started I got an error message - we're sorry, but something has gone wrong, please try again later " - Doh!

Think I'll give up now.
